Hello, I’m Wayne Kubat, Alaska Master Guide, Outfitter and Pilot; and maker of the Bull Magnet® Original Alaska Moose Call & Love, Thunder and Bull Moose Hunting DVDs. Marilyn and I have owned and operated Alaska Remote Guide Service since 1987.

In 1993, we started making the Bull Magnet® Moose Calls. As a sole concessionaire, specializing in Alaska Bear, Predator and Moose Hunts, we utilized our deep understanding of the unique techniques of successful Moose Hunting into the development of our Moose calling megaphones.

We’ve made some improvements over the years, based on experience and availability of new options. In 2025 we are pleased to introduce an improved product, small-batch produced with carefully-selected modern durable materials and designed for even more exceptional results. While the Original Bull Magnet was constructed with fiberglass, and is still an outstanding product, the new version is even more effective, efficient and valuable to hunters. Every Bull Magnet is still produced in the U.S.A., with attention to detail so every product meets our high standards and rigorous testing.

These are not cheap imitations, but the REAL DEAL. The newly improved Bull Magnet offers even better acoustics – amplifying human made bull grunts and cow calls and adding a deep nasal quality. It also draws in sounds, can be used to imitate thrashing, scraping and flashing, as well as cow urinating, to attract Bull Moose. They are lighter, shaped to fit well into a hunting gear pack and extremely strong and impact resistant – even in temperatures well below freezing.

Our Improved Bull Magnet® Moose Call Is much sturdier than similar glass filled nylon products, and is less prone to brittleness in cold temperatures.

USING THE BULL MAGNET® MOOSE CALL

The Bull Magnet® is primarily used for calling moose as a moose call, but also has many other uses. We will discuss these through our website in the future. Be sure to sign up for our newsletter for Latest News and Moose Hunting Tips.

It can also be used for howling wolves and calling other predators and prey species. We’ve sold many thousands throughout the US, Canada and beyond, and they have achieved near legendary status. Along with instruction from our “Love, Thunder & Bull in Alaska” video guides, hunters have been successfully “Calling Moose to Dinner”™ and “Filling Freezers”™ with help from our products for over 3 decades. Many had never hunted moose before.

WARNING: Rutting bull moose can be dangerous!  Stay alert and always use extreme caution when calling moose, because interested bears and other predators often respond too. We strongly advise that you also wear some outer clothing that is bright red or hunter orange for added safety.
